How do you motivate others to believe or behave in a specific way? #coachjoe✅ We must acknowledge other people’s challenges and struggles, before attempting to make a request of them.✅ As we do that, we gain greater persuasion by sharing explicitly how their actions can bring them great intrinsic reward.✅ Using the right framework, i.e., stories and tone to help people feel like wanting or doing something on a more connected level.☑️ Altering the narrative that ultimately serves the vision is essential to creating behavioral change.🔁 Developing a competency-confidence loop that transcends situational leadership to behavioral collaboration. That is in affect, changing the individual behaviors that grow the team.
