Here’s 5 keys to behavior altering

  1. Make the behavior change more attractive
  2. Habits are dopamine-driven feedback loop.
  3. The greater the anticipation, the greater the dopamine spike.
  4. Temptation bundling. The strategy is to pair an action you want to do with an action you need to do.
  5. Habit stacking is a great way to reinforce desired habits.

Start by creating new connections to visual and virtual cues by changing the way you act, think, feel, and behave.
