In our experience an inspiring culture must address four basic needs. It must (a) provide purpose, (b) connect people with the vision, (c) create opportunities to grow and (d) contribute to something bigger than itself.
🆑For better or worse, culture and leadership are inextricably linked. Leaders can shape culture through both conscious and subconscious behaviors. Sometimes with unintended consequences.
